Our Services
Our Agency provides services in the West Central Minnesota area, but we can provide care anywhere within the State of Minnesota. We have clients in the following counties: Ottertail, Wilkin, Becker, Clay, & Todd.
We are a Class A Professional Medicaid Certified Agency. We are currently in the process to become Medicare certified.
Our Agency offers these services:

- Licensed Practical Nursing Services
- Personal Care Attendants
- Professional Foot Care
- & Homemaking
Our private duty services are offered 24 hours per day, seven days per week with an on-call nurse available 24 hours a day.
